Coincidence orrrrr what?

So lately one of my cravings has been cinnamon toast crunch. I've had a bowl, sometimes two, a day for about 2 weeks now. And every time I eat it, I get sharp cramp like pains across the top and sides of my stomach. They usually stop about 15 minutes after I've stopped eating. Could those maybe be contractions or braxton hicks because of the cinnamon? Or is it just a weird coincidence?

I'll definitely look into it. I've just read how cinnamon tea has helped some women with labor so I was kinda worried, I'm only 35 weeks. Thank you ladies. (:

Cinnamon tea does help speed labor up, it made my plug come out. But I dont think the cereal has enough cinnamon to even cause that. Ive ate soo many cinnabon rolls and Im still pregnant.

Cinnamon tea causes premature labor,  or so it appears if you google cinnamon causes contractions.  I've found enough hits on that phrase,  along with a company that sells cinnamon tea that warns pregnant women not to drink it.

Wow,  I guess it is possible that your cereal is causing contractions.

Anyway,  you might want to google it yourself and read through the websites and see what you think.
