Cold , flu and sore throat
Hi mums i am 38 weeks with a really bad flu and throat is soo sore .. What can i have for relief as i already have 2 kids to watch around n i also feel weak but scared to have anything .. Any advice , anything safe for mee to have right now
i had some hot chicken broth ,sprite and some honey limon cough drops i say after 2 days i was good everything started to clear
