College

I'm 19 and I was a Sophomore at Fisk University before I found I was pregnant. I finished my Fall semester, but I couldn't go back because I got pregnant during winter break(go figure). My folks said that they would watch the baby for me when I return to school next Jan.......but I feel really bad because my parents are basically done raising kids. My brother will be 18 this year, and I don't wana leave my child behind. I feel like I'll be a bad mom being away from the baby. Am I crazy, or is this normal?

Same thing happened to me haha i decided to take next semester off to watch my baby because babies need their mommies. Have u thought of that? U can always go back. But if you decide not to take it off then dont feel bad your only bettering ur education for the babies future.  Plus what grandparents dont love their grand babies?:)

It's normal to feel that way. My friend Victoria was pregnant with twins our freshman year at pvamu and she felt like she was a bad mom for leaving but remember your doing this school for your little one. If you decide not to leave go to a school closer to your house.
