Complicated gynecological problem

Hello there !

I have a slightly complicated gynecological problem for which I am seeking some advice.

My girl and I have been together for almost 7 years now.  We became sexually active 4 years ago, and for the last one year we have been living in different countries because of work commitments.  We plan to get married by next year and settle down together in the same city.

Till we were living together, we used to have sex around 2-3 times every day, and at least once during her periods (except for day 1 and 2).  During those days, her periods would not trouble her too much.  Sure, there would be some discomfort from cramps and all, but it was never anything serious.  However, nowadays her periods cause her a lot of discomfort.  Her legs become numb, she suffers from extreme back and stomach pain, and at times becomes so anemic that she becomes unconscious.

Since I am miles away from her, all this worries me a lot.  There were times that we met just before her periods and had a lot of sex, and strangely those months her periods were far more comfortable.  I was wondering if there is any correlation between menstrual cramps etc. and orgasms?  She refuses to masturbate or use a dildo in my absence.  If there is indeed a correlation between menstrual discomfort and orgasms, then maybe I should try to convince her to please herself in my absence to save herself from the discomfort.

Secondly, and on a different note.  My blood group is O+ while hers is AB+.  Is there a possibility that we might have a problem getting pregnant?

Thanks
Crash

What she is experiencing most likely has nothing to do with having sex UNLESS she has contracted an STD. She needs to go to her doctor ASAP with a list of her symptoms.

Also, your blood type has no bearing on conception.

I agree, she needs to go see her OBGYN about this. Also, no there should be no issues getting pregnant because you have compatible blood types. If she was AB- she'd need to get a rogham (sp?) shot sometime in her late 1st, early 2nd trimester (or if she had spotting) and again when the baby was born.

Her symptoms are very concerning and warrant medical investigation.  This is not something that is related to lack-of organism.  Make sure your GF sees a doctor right away in case she has a condition that will effect her fertility if left untreated.
