Complications?

I was just wondering if there could be any severe complications from having a physical disability.
I'm currently suffering from a c7t1 spinal fracture, and have a baclofen pump and a full spinal fusion to add on top.

My fiance and I were hoping to have kids soon. I'm just worried about what could go on.

My advice would be to get a new patient visit with an OBGYN if you don't have one and ask them for a thorough examination and see if they feel your situation would pose any risks.  I think they sometimes call it a pre-conception visit where they examine you and counsel you on your health, etc.
