Conception Confusion, PLEASE HELP!

Please help!! I am so confused with my conception dates. I had been having irregular periods since November 2009. 1st menstral period occurred Nov 28 and lasted approx 7 days. Next mp was December 14th (7days); Another mp occurred on Jan 2, 2010 (7days) followed by the lmp which occurred on Jan 26. I had sexual intercourse on Jan 31 and Feb 12-15. Dr. says I am approx. 9wks pregnant, but ovulation calculator states ovulation dates were Feb 6-10 with ovulation occuring on Feb 9th. Could pregnancy have occurred after intercourse on Jan 31? When dates of Jan 2 mp are entered into calculator, ovulation dates show Feb 10-14 (if period had been normal; 1st day of lmp would be Jan 30. My orig. date of Jan 26 could be off, as I am going by memory).

By your dates and that you are 9 weeks, (using a calendar and going by you being 9 weeks today) your LMP was probably around the 21st of January (since you are not quite sure) which would have put conception roughly two weeks after that, around the 4th of February. Pregnancies are not dated by conception; they usually add two weeks to that. Early ultrasounds are accurate within 3 days.
