Concerned! Helpless feeling

Last 2 days have been having a sharp stabbing headache on the right side of my head. I have been extra clumsy and seeing black spots in front of my eyes. Oh and sick to my stomach. I am stressed out alot lately and tylenol hasn't helped with these headaches at all. Called my dr office and they want to see me today to check my blood pressure and make sure I don't have pre-eclampsia. Im a wreck but my head ache is not near as bad as it was yesterday and I don't want to go in and have normal vitals and my Dr think Im an idiot or making this stuff up. (don't think he would but im not near as bad today as yesterday)
I just don't know what to do as I can't remove my stress from my life, but these sudden headaches are horrible.  I'm not sure what to ask him or tell him as I don't want to lay out every pain and discomfort as its a part of pregnancy.
Any advice or wise tid bits are much appreciated.

It might not be as bad, but you need to go in. You don't mess with stuff like that. It can be serious. There is NOTHING stupid to ask about in pregnancy. Your doctor won't think you're an idiot. It's always better to be safe than sorry. You tell him more or less what you've said here. You've been more clumsy than usual, seeing spots and have headaches. He'll know what to do from there.
