Concerned

Hey everyone, I am about 3-4 weeks pregnant and I am concerned because for some reason I feel like my baby is growing just on my left ovary... I know it sounds weird but that's where I feel like a heaviness and if I try to feel the rest of my belly that's the only part I feel a little bump not in the middle like is supposed to so IDK why.. could you guys help me.. also my belly is really inflamed/swollen it looks like I was 4 to 5 months pregnant is this normal the first weeks??

At three to four weeks the fetus has just implanted in your uterus. It very tiny not even the size of a seed yet. This heaviness  on one size could be something  else like a cyst or fiboroid.  You she see your ob/gyn to have this checked out.
