I'm 37.5 weeks and my first 8 months of pregnancy I lost 20 pounds and had no belly. Until I hit month 9, I literally grew a belly overnight and started gaining weight, have only gained 10 pounds but my little girl is perfectly healthy! Some women are just different. As long as you're eating and taking your vitamins your baby will be fine :) plus you should be a little grateful, you don't have to stress too much postpartum for losing the baby weight!

I'm 23 weeks, and the doctor keeps telling me to just keep eating healthy. I've lost 15 pounds (I have lost any in the past couple of weeks, still not gaining) with no mornijg sickness or food aversions. They keep doing tests and ultrasounds to make sure everything is as normal as can be.

With my first 2 pregnancies I couldn't gain weight I lost a ton in the beginning and didn't gain any weight the rest of my pregnancies. I ate a ton and did everything the Dr's told me but they couldn't figure out why I couldn't gain weight. I went to the high risk dr. And got ustrasound every 2 weeks. Both of my girls were perfectly healthy and their weight was fine at birth. I'm sure they will just check ur babies size and make sure he or she is growing ok. Don't worry 2 much they will tell u if somthing not looking right and then u can go from there. I know not worrying is hard. But sometimes the Dr's make u worry for no reason.

Okay if your doc is concerned then that means baby is my getting enough.  Some women don't gain much but baby is ok. Sometimes if u were overweight before pregnancy they recommend u to actually lose. I'm sorry I hope everything works out for u
