Contractions HELP

I'm due Thursday && these contractions are getting intense I didn't take a Lamaze breathing class or anything so any tips from experienced moms on how to get through these intense contractions ? This is my first baby

Breath through them it's only 1 minute of pain

When my friend was having contractions with her baby girl she just took big deep breaths and had a relaxing bath I hope this helps in anyway x

You need to time how far apart your contractions are and if they are constant close together you need to go in your in labor
