Could I be farther along?

Hello ladies.. Major question. This is my second pregnancy! Yay! I tested positive last night and again this morning.
My period was due on Nov 5th. My last so called period was Oct12. I had a real light bleed of a day in a half.
But I am wondering if I am further along? The Dr went off of my so called last period and put me at 4-5 weeks. But...... On Sunday before I tested I was craving chocolate all day , that Saturday. And even Monday. Past few days I've felt a Lil bit of s butterfly feeling like I did when I was pregnant with my daughter. I've had a lot of constipation lately. I don't know if that matters lol sorry tmi.
But if I'm 4-5 weeks isn't it way to early to have cravings and a butterfly feeling. Or does it change cause it's my second pregnancy?
Just curious. I don't have a ultrasound till a month the from now. Any info would be great please and thank you!

I bled for a few days for my first "missed" period with my son. I could have easily mistaken it for a period but i normally have a very heavy flow that lasts a week so I knew it wasn't rite. So it's very possible.

Back pain has also been my first "symptom" this time around and it killed me!! Thank god now it's gone since I stopped picking up my daughter as much lol. She just walks everywhere now. And most people say the second pregnancy is different. It has been for me somewhat. I still crave around the same stuff but I'm definitely showing a lot faster. So nothing is too early. Anything is possible after the first!

OMG! That Makes Me Wonder Now! Cause I've Had Back Pain And Somewhat Cramps In My Belly Every Once In A While. I Know My Back Pain Is Probably From Holding My 2yr Old Lol! But Yes... My Husband Told Me Today I'm Starting To Show And The Drs Claiming I'm 5-6weeks Prego Cause That Day I Spotted But Even If Its My 2nd Pregnancy I Wouldn't Be Showing That Early? Especially If I'm Only 4'10 And 103lbs. I Was Just Curious If It Ever Happened To Anyone. When Did You Start Feeling Movement ?

Definitely! They went off my period and I was around 7 weeks but the ultrasound said I was 11 weeks!! So it's definitely possible.

And today I have been having cramps that come and go .. And back pain ?
