Could I be pregnant?

Okay so here is my story.....Let me start off by saying that I'm married and although a baby isn't planned does not make it unwanted to us....

I have been on birth control (the pill) for 2 years now...3 months ago I switched to a different pill...my previous pill had thrown my cycles off wack. My 1st month on the new pill I missed a day...and also I don't take them on time when I'm supposed to...(I never have before and also never got pregnant before). My husband came home from deployment on the last day of my period and the 1st day of my 2nd pill pack on this new pill. Of course we did the deed...quite a few times....many many many days....heck we're newlyweds and young. lol. Okay so about a week to a week and a half after my husband returned home from deployment I started experiencing a lot of weird symptoms...I'll list them..

*mood swings
(incredibly bad...I would get incredibly angry with DH...and then begin to cry because I didn't know why I was so mad)
*nausea
*car sickness when I'm not driving (I never get motion sickness...ever)
*hot flashes
*I'd start crying over nothing...or commercials and comedy movies would make me cry
*extreme exhaustion...(i fell asleep in an AT&T store...after getting 10 hours of sleep that night)
*hunger
*craving veggies and dairy products (i'm lactose intolerant...i never ever crave dairy)
*I was warmer than usual...(i'm always freezing but I've been warmer)
*stuffy and random runny nose
*very very very vivid and insane dreams

Then 2 days before I started my "sugar pills" my nubbies started to get insanely tender around the sides by my armpit and on top....this is a normal AF sypmtom..

Then as AF was supposed to arrive, I had no symptoms, none...and my AF is always very regular....it always comes Thursday night around 10pm...for the past 2 years...always...well my period didn't show on Thursday night, nor did I have any cramps....
AF showed up around Friday at 1130am but with no cramps at all....cramps started around 7pm that night. My period was lighter than normal, but it still appeared to be a normal period. It tapered off early...barely filling a tampon on Sunday. (I usually have my period heavy on Sunday as well)

So with getting my period, I dismissed all thoughts of being pregnant and tried not to notice my other symptoms....I was still getting car sick and nauseous...and the cravings for veggies and dairy were still strong.

Now it has been almost 2 weeks since my AF....I am 14 days prior to my next period and my nubbies are insanely sore on the sides and tops again. They are heavier and bigger.
And over the past maybe 3 weeks I've been noticing more and more veins on my body...I just brushed it off as not noticing them before....but having a pregnancy scare before...I've spent a lot of time staring at my nubbies looking for changes.

On my right nub I always have 2 blue veins, light but I can always see them...and nothing is ever on the left nub....

well now...forget it....blue veins are every where. All over my body...all over my nubbies, my upper chest, onto my shoulders...I can see every single vein in my arm and fingers...you can see the veins in my abdomen, on the sides...coming around my waist and on my hips. On the upper part of my lights going into my groin area...on my legs, like my thighs...where muscle is...you can see all the veins.

So that is my story haha....


Could I be pregnant and still have gotten my "period" last month?

Is there any reason my nubbies would start turing into maps and being super sore in the middle of my birth control cycle??


Help pleasae....and don't tell me to pee on a stick, I will eventually I just want some opinions and maybe personal stories! Thanks

oh and I didn't have any of these symptoms with my old birth control...nor did I have any of this syptoms during the 1st month of this birth control...the very 1st month I was on this birth control pill everything went according to plan...AF showed up right on schedule, just like always, with her little warning signs proceeding her....

last month...i wouldn't have known my period was coming if I hadn't gone to the bathroom...normally cramps proceed AF by a few hours...I didn't get any cramps until nearly 10 hours later...a day late..whcih is not my normal AF

I took a test early in the evening it was neg...figures...but my friend wants me to test again tomorrow morning. I have also been reading...oh shucks where is it.... here it is..

"Getting pregnant while on the pill. This is often associated with bleeding during a pregnancy and can be confused with a menstrual period. Many women will have several bleeding episodes before they realize something isn't right. This will cause the woman to be unable to accurately tell her doctor when her last real menstrual cycle because of the confusion, and an ultrasound will be required to determine an estimated due date. "

My friend has also said this is true and that other bleeding much like a period is also common during early pregnancy because of the changing hormones.

When I got my period last month I forgot about all of it, but the only reason I'm still considering pregnancy is because I'm developing more symptoms.... my breasts have never been veiny before, and I can see many visible veins, especially on the left breast, that one normally never has any veins at all, while the right has two...the left I can see them going all over. I've also started to notice that my gums are bleeding a tiny bit when I brush my teeth and that isn't normal for me either.

Like I said I wouldn't have even considered still being pregnant after that period until I started to get more symptoms and the veins on my body became more and more noticable.

I'll test again in the morning and see what happens, but I think I'm going to schedule an appointment with the doctor for a blood test regardless....I'll be that one girl who doesn't get a positive pee test until shes in the delivery room. haha

well you did have a period....to you it seemed to be normal! lol so i would think that your probably not pregnant! I had all thoes symptoms whenever i was on b.c! It didnt matter what type it was! I would think that it would be because you switched them..that could have thrown off your cycle a bit! Im no doctor but unfourtanally eveyone on here is going to tell you the same thing...( which is what you dont want to hear) lol have you taken a test yet? And it could be that you are pregnant! Last months period could have been implantation! But your breast can also turn into maps and hurt like crazy from b.c! I think you really need to give in and take a test! If your boobs are already big and veiny and hurting i would assume that the hcg is high enough to detect if thats what causing it ( and not the b.c)? I took a test when i was nowhere near my period because my bbs started hurting like crazy too...they never do and it was positive and now here i am almost 8 weeks preggers! So test and let us know.,good luck hun!
