Could I still be pregnant?

I am 10 days late. I usually have a pretty normal schedule and have been staying calm and keeping myself busy so I don't overthink everything. From the week before my period when the PMS started I just got sore boobs and a little bit of neasia. Now I am 10 days late, had all negative hpts, and still have the neasia, INSANELY hurting boobs, bloating, increase in CM, horrible back and hip pain.

At 8 days late I got a little strip of red blood in my CM and I thought I was getting my period but it was just a small strip and that was it. Then, just this morning, I was getting the usuall flutter feeling in the top uterus, but it turned into cramping and I thought I was going to get my period, but the cramps have went away and I still have no period! (Usually when the cramps come the period has just started) I have an OB appt at the end of May when she gets back from VK. Any advice would be helpful. I haven't taken a hpt in 2 days becuase I don't want to see the BFN again.

Hi!
Your symptoms are certainly consistent with pregnancy, but home tests are pretty accurate these days.  It is possible that you are pregnant, but will need a positive test to confirm.  A blood test would be most accurate, and your doctor's office could do that for you -- she probably has someone covering for her.
Good luck!
