Could i be pregnant again?

Hi my name is Ashley. I am 17 years old and i just had a baby 5 months ago exact. I have been having unprotected sex. I last got my period on the 25th of Febuary and it ended on March 5th which came a week early then what it was suppose to. I was suppose to get my next period on the 3rd of this month but about two weeks ago i started to get a light brownish color discharge with little blood clots every time i wipe. I have no cramps or pain and I still feel normal. I took a prego test last monday and the monday that had just passed and they both were negative but it could be to early. Just yesterday i wiped and there was blood this time but it went away in like a half n hour. I dont know what is going on. Do you think there is a possibility of me being pregnant again??
Please help!!

There is definitely a posibility that you are pregnant again, you are more fertile after having a baby but it could be that your periods haven't returned to normal after your baby yet.  I would leave it a week and do another test to be sure.

Hope this helps.
