Could i never be pregnant again?

Hi,
I got married on july 3rd last year. My husband and I tried to conceive asap, and I even took a pregnancy test whenever I had the slightest feeling that I could be pregnant. Anyway, i ended up having ectopic pregnancy and had to go through surgery on 3-11-2011 . My left fallopian tube was removed alas.the dr told me to take pills for 3 months and then try to conceive again but ever since then, i hadn't been pregnant again. Is there any chance that I wouldn't be pregnant again? Or, is there anything i could do to be pregnant again?? My husband said he didn't care about it but i know he does and i really want him happy.

Maybe try some different sexual positions. I know tmi but alot of ppl say it helps to get all of the swimmers to go in a certain way. Also you could do some obulation tests to see when higher chances of pregnancy are. And make sure to start taking some kind of vitamin like womans one a day. If all else fails fertility specialists are always another option.

Definitely don't lose hope. It took me a year and a half to get pregnant even though my fiance and I have absolutely nothing wrong with us. My friend has PCOS and was told she couldn't have kids, she tried fertility treatments and they didn't work, then she got pregnant a year later with no treatments. There are so many stories like that. If you're meant to have a baby you WILL have one, I promise you. Babies will work miracles when its time for them to come into this world. So don't lose hope but also don't obsess about getting pregnant. The more relaxed you are the more likely you will get pregnant, thats just how it works. Best of luck to you!
