Could labor be arriving soon??

I'm 34 weeks and 4 days. I'm already dilated to 1cm and my cervix is completely soft. I've been having alot of Braxton Hicks contractions, but just recently have been having cramps along with them. Haven't been sleeping very well, very bad acid reflux at night. And at night time been very nauseous. I'm anemic so I've been very dizzy and faint. Having watery clear/milky discharge. Just want to know if labor could be here soon or just all normal symptoms?? Thank you

oh if only! i was like that at 36 weeks, and today is my due date and there is no baby.
I have even had he pressure and low back ache since then, and lost my MP on Christmas, and baby is still glued in there.

It sounds like normal symptoms of pregnancy. It's common to be 1cm dilated for a while before birth too! A soft cervix means your body is preparing but can be ages yet. It's when your cervix is short that it's near. Braxton hicks aren't fun but try some yoga stretching, walking around the house, resting, drinking lots of water or going for a warm shower. A constant dull backache and a lot of pressure down there are more like labor signs in my 2 experiences :)
