Could this be implantation bleeding?

Not sure if this is where this question is supposed to go, but I was hoping some of you could help me out. A few days ago as I went to the restroom I noticed some light pink blood on the toilet tissue and I knew it wasn't my period beings it was at the end of August I saw this and my period doesn't start till usually the first week of September. It didn't last but only a few seconds it seemed like. I didn't even have to wear a pantyliner or anything. Could this mean I am pregnant? The last time me and my boy friend had sex we used a condom, but I don't know if the condom didn't break. I don't have any kids, so this is all new to me, so I was hoping some of you moms on this site could help me. And yeah I know everyones body is different. I know it is too early for a HPT though or at least I think so beings my period isn't due for another few days.

Could be anything - ovulation bleeding, vaginal irritation, or implantation bleeding (condoms have a failure rate of a few percent).  Take a test in about a week.

I agree with Shuga, I'd wait to buy a HPT until you've missed your missed.  It is possible that you could be pregnant, condoms are not 100% effective.  If you feel that you need to test buy a First Response Early Response test.  It claims it can detect pregnancy 5 days before you miss a period.  Good luck to you!

Wait until your period is actually due.  Dont' waste money on an HPT test until after your period is due.  Timing is important.  When did you have intercourse?  Yes, Condoms do break but Chances of pregnancy are slimmer, but not impossible.
