Crampy/stretching pain at 22 weeks

So the last couple days I have been having like lower stomach cramping kind of pains?  Its not a lot of pain but it's just uncomfortable and concerns me a little.  This is my second pregnancy and I don't remember this pain in my first.  At my ultra sound at 20 weeks they said the baby was breach but it wasn't an issue so early. But when the baby kicks it feels like its either in my butt or she's kicking my cervix or something.  Which I also didn't feel with my first.  I just wonder if it's ligament stretching and that's the pain or not..  It's just really low.

When I was pregnant with my second I had similar feelings- it was fine though.  Each pregnancy is different and baby will be positioned a bit differently too.  Also, with each pregnancy- those ligament stretching pains might be a little worse.  If you are getting cramps that are more like contractions and not BHs- come and go regularly- growing with intensity and don't go away after sitting down, or warm bath- make sure to call your doctor.
