You can eat seafood just not anything high in mercury. I just ate some today lol
Limited quantity but it's safe as long as it's cooked. For example, it's advised to have 6oz of tuna per week (one can). Shrimp is mercury low so go enjoy some!
I would make sure the shrimp is cooked though if you did. I think it's like tuna, where it's only good once a week.
U can eat seafood pregnant just not a whole bunch and only certain things. But u can eat shrimp lol.. I always ate shrimp pregnant with both of my kids.
