Cravings and symptoms

OK so I'm 6 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I am craving tuna and all types of fish. I stay away from the fish I can't eat and the ones I'm allergic to but damn these cravings. Oh and all I want to do is sleep. I don't want to do anything. I see myself taking about 2 naps a day along with a full 9 hours of sleep at bedtime. I don't feel like doing anything. My energy level is so low it's not even funny. I push through it and still do what needs to be done. But I wish I could have done energy to do more. Any suggestions.

I have been trying to answer your post for over an hour lol. They say that prenatal workouts will help boost energy and help with pain such as back pain. Just make sure to get the all clear from your health care provider. I know when I was pregnant with my first I had a ton energy in the first six weeks while I worked out. It is also very beneficial for you and your little one, especially when it comes to the delivery part. I am ordering a prenatal workout now that I am pregnant with my second. I am extremely tired all the time and need my energy to go back up. Especially now that my first one is two years old. Hope this was helpful! :)
