^^ even though it looks healed on the outside it's probably not on the inside. :/ like mommabear said. You wanna make sure your completely healed
12 weeks for proper exercise after a section but definitely nothing before 6 weeks. You have to start gentle and build up, cause you've had major surgery, and you got 9 layers or so of stitches inside you as well. You may feel well but you're gonna hurt and likely tear yourself back open if you start too early x
They told me when my doctor says. Like 6 weeks or something
As soon as you've stopped bleeding you can start exercising I had a csection with my son and I tried to do it before then and almost had to go to the hospital because I was losing a lot of blood
