I just got my cavity filled and it was fine. You may just need to ask for a break. I'm in 3rd trimester and it can be hard to lay flat on your back for long periods of time, so just ask for a break if you need it.

I'm in my 3rd trimester and they had to take one of my teeth out yesterday.  They numbed me up pretty good and so far my girls are ok and still very active.
