Dealing with the extreme heat

I am on vacation and it is suppose to be over 100 degrees here for tge next 2 days. I really dont want to have to sit inside the room while everone else is out enjoying themselves. If I stay well hydrated and take breaks from the heat should I be fine going out in this weather? Im just nervous I am going to hurt the baby.

I have a huge straw hat that I wear out in the heat. It helps a lot just to be in the shade and hat helps you bring your own shade. We are headed to the beach next week and I will be under a umbrella or wearing that hat.

A quick trick is to put a cold washcloth on the back of your neck if you start to feel over heated.
