Is it okay to detox while pregnant? I'm 30 weeks and wanted to know any natural remedies that actually work if not taking something.

They won't take your baby. Ppl are so dramatic. Just drink a lot if water so it doesn't show up in your baby's system when its born.

Cecilia is right,
It should definitely be out of your system by December. Especially if you weren't a heavy smoker. No use in stressing only stresses the baby. :)

Allidawn, that's not true. They will take your baby away if they drug test you. Like I said some doctors don't drug test you, but if they find out even for weed they will take your baby away because it's illegal in most states still. While I agree that it that it doesn't have any harmful affects on the baby, they can call CPS And have your baby taken away.

I had a friend who smoked at the beginning of her pregnancy, but she told her doctor about it. The only reason the doctor was concerned was because she found that the weed was laced with cocaine. However, from what I know, most doctors will continue to drug test throughout your pregnancy. The baby won't be taken away if you can stay clean and you and the baby are free from any traces of THC at the time of the birth. While marijuana doesn't harm the baby, it's just not worth the legal trouble. Just double up on your water intake, that's the only sure fire and safe way to clear it out.

Doctors do drug tests. If you are positive then your Dr is legally required to call cps. Best thing to do is talk to your Dr and they will help you make a plan so your baby does not get taken away.

For weed drink alot of water. To be honest you should not even be worried there is no proven cases of weed hurting your baby. They did studies and the only thing weed changed was the babys where more alert. I would say dont stress thats worse on your baby at this point.

I wouldn't really attempt this without a doctor saying it is okay.  I would ask them for their recommendations.  good luck

You mean flushing your system of impurities or like colon cleansing. Lol. Water usually does the trick, cant say the same for the colon though.  Anything in specific you want to eliminate. were not here to judge
