Also just to let ya know, weight watchers has an awesome diet plan exclusively for mothers who are nursing:) my sister has lost over 70lbs in less than 6 months by using weight watchers!
*good...i.have lots of family..mostly cousins that are.all about the looks, I just wanna show em I still got it !!! Lol
Cool thanks ladies! I have a few events.coming up after delivery, one being both of my girls baptism and a big.party.so I wanna feel and look food :)
I had my son two weeks ago and I'm three pounds under my starting weight and back in my prepregnancy clothes. I'm exclusively bfing, minus one one ounce bottle of formula per day. I'd try to bf an if it doesn't work out then diet an exercise.
I've been breast feeding for just two weeks and just eating sensibly not dieting and I've already lost weight. And its normally very hard for me to lose anything! Bring is amazing for so many reasons :)
A healthy balanced diet and breast feeding will help you lose weight. Fad diets pills and low calorie diets won't work.if you are breast feeding you need 2300-2500 calories a day ideally. Breastfeeding on average burns 500 cals or so a day varying between women.
Ok sweet deal! I'll try it out....Thanks momma :)
Ohhh I would suggest slim quick. Add it to water and it taste like fruit punch!
With my first child breastfeeding didnt go so well, so i didnt get to drop the weight fast like normal breastfeeding mommas...
Yup, everything you ingest goes to baby, i was saying after a few wks of BF sorry shouldve made it more clear...i would want to try out diet pills but idk whats effective.itll hve to be otc, maybe something.herbal. Im thinking too far ahead...i want my body back i was trying to fit into my pre preg pants a bit ago for fun :/ lol bad idea
I wouldn't take diet pills while breastfeeding it will transfer to the baby. So you still have to watch what you eat. What I was told after having my daughter is not to diet and breastfeed just eat a balanced healthy diet . And honestly breastfeeding caused me to lose a lot of weight on its own. If you don't eat enough you'll start to feel nauseous and dizzy after each feeding.
