Discharge changes in pregnancy

I know that your discharge is related to your hormones. I am sure that mine are well out of whack at week 26.  My question is, what kind of changes did any of you have in discharge in prgenancy?  I really couldn't tell a difference with my first child.  This time though I can't seem to produce enough to be lubricated during sex.  When sex isn't envolved, I have noticed that is it (sounds gross) kind of so thick that is like nothing but these clumps.  I have never had anything like this before.

Its just an imbalance in hormones and an increase in yeast - Live yoghut helps. You can also use this on a tampon - but be very careful when inesrting it.

Aslso canesten can be used in cream and pessary form during pregnancy - i got horrendous thrush and the pessary was a lifesaver as it calmed the itching right away

Is there something I can do for it?  I read that eating yougart helps.  What exactly causes it?
