Discharge in early pregnancy

I have recently had some problems while being on Tri-cyclen Reg. My doctor switched me to Yasmin. The last few months I have had ovulation cramps. I got a light period last week. Now this week I am having very thick stringy cream discharge. I have never had anything like this. Could the discharge be from changing to a lower hormone pill or could I be pregnant. I did a test last week but it came out negative.

Hi!
If the pregnancy test was negative, you are probably NOT pregnant.  I ALWAYS recommend repeating the test though.  Sometimes the very low dose pills can result in a bleeding that is so slight that it looks more like an infection than a period.
It is never a bad idea to get a check up too, though.  It could also be something like bacterial vaginosis or yeast, or worse, an STD.
I hope this helps!

Discharge isn't a good indicator of pregnancy, as it's totally different for everyone and every pregnancy.
