Do I need to stop looking for my cycle or is this just an after-effect?

My cycles are regular (28days+/-)
Took plan b mid-cycle (3/30).  
Had the plan b induced period 4/5.

Yes, I'm still sexually active. We are careful while waiting for my bc appt. However, we did experience a condom break the month of April, and I'm still waiting for my cycle to begin for May.
(Technically I would've considered myself late, but I'm not so sure now since I took plan b end of March.)

I know what implantation bleeding looks like (me: pink spotting, only 1 day) - I'm already a mom - and I experienced that description this month, almost a week after the condom break.
I still have not begun my cycle.  I'm sleepy a lot, breasts are starting to feel sore (which is NOT a pms symptom for me), I'm urinating more often, etc, etc. I feel different in a lot of ways, but I do not want to panic myself into a hpt every other day..

Do you think this is from the plan b 5+ weeks ago (symptoms &/or being late) or do you think its time for a hpt?

My obgyn appt is set for 5/23.

Well, just to update (since I know women will find this in the future and almost no one updates, lol)  I started menstruating last night, which is 5 weeks after the plan b induced period (and 6 weeks after taking that pill.)

However, my period is light, my breasts are so sore (and that's not a pms symptom for me.) My breasts have not been this sore since I had a baby 3 years ago! And the soreness just started this week...

I did take a hpt this morning, just in case and it came out negative, so I don't know what to think but I'm just going to bet that the negative is a real negative because I'd be 5 weeks by now. If nothing changes, I have an ob appt in two weeks and will address it then.

I just find it strange to see the implantation spotting almost 3 weeks ago (pink, only when I wiped, twice, and nothing else,) and for my breasts to be this sore (I even leaked a little milk today, but I did nurse for 2 years, so idk...) But the test was negative, so I'll leave it at that for now...

Thanks for replying. I bought 2 hpt's, but I'm either going to wait a week, or just wait for my gyno appt. (although it's not easy waiting! lol)
Just don't want to test too early - and getting results from my doc will help me to better plan either way right then and there.

I would take a hpt. I took the plan b and my period never switched up on me or anything, but everyone is different! Good Luck!
