The closest I have even got to a pool was baby daddy spraying me with a hose in the yard since I got pregnant and that was last week. First time mom but I would suggest diving while pregnant.

That seems like a miscarriage or early labor to happen. Dr don't recommend any contact sports,  im sure diving is one of them.

I'm 6mnths I Wouldn't Dare Do It I Was At A Pool Earlier && I Seen A Pregnant Woman Doing It . I Said Too Myself That It Wasn't Safe But It Just Threw Me Off Because I'm Still Thinking About It !. Just Asking
