I do! I actually work at a gym so I led an active lifestyle before pregnancy and have kept up with it during my pregnancy. I do low impact cardiovascular such as the elliptical or walking and I teach a yoga, pilates, and tai chi group fitness class once a week. I find it gives me more energy and helps me feel stronger and more prepared for the labor/birth.
I use an elliptical its a full body workout and its low impact so its one of the best workouts to use during pregnancy... luckily I have one here at home but I also do workouts I find online..... I would search online for safe pregnancy workout videos :) goodluck and congrats on ur baby coming!!!!

What I do I go on YouTube and and look for workouts for pregnant women and do some of that I really like them...I also go on Walks
I was thinking about that the other day how I would like to work out....is there one of those dvds u can buy where I can do it at home...I don't won't to drag my 3 year old to the gym..
