Do any of u mommys workout ??

Not a question just advice ... its actually very healthy for u and ur baby and makes delivery easier!!!! It also makes getting ur post baby body back a lot quicker!!!! It also lowers the risk of ur baby becoming obese when it gets older!!!! Its also a good bonding experience for u and baby the drs say!!!! I never thought of how important it is and how much healthier it makes u and baby so I never really worked out during my first 2 pregnancies... but I'm 28.5 weeks with my 3rd and I'm really active and it feels great but Im one of the lucky ones that never get sick during pregnancy!!!!

Hello....yes I totally agree with u...I worked out before I was pregnant and I still.do and have been active throughout my pregnancy...iam 30 weeks 5days and iam  ftm

I was thinking about that the other day how I would like to work out....is there one of those dvds u can buy where I can do it at home...I don't won't to drag my 3 year old to the gym..

What  I do I go on YouTube and and look for workouts for pregnant women and do some of that I really like them...I also go on Walks

I use an elliptical its a full body workout and its low impact so its one of the best workouts to use during pregnancy... luckily I have one here at home but I also do workouts I find online..... I would search online for safe pregnancy workout videos :) goodluck and congrats on ur baby coming!!!!

I do!  I actually work at a gym so I led an active lifestyle before pregnancy and have kept up with it during my pregnancy.  I do low impact cardiovascular such as the elliptical or walking and I teach a yoga, pilates, and tai chi group fitness class once a week.  I find it gives me more energy and helps me feel stronger and more prepared for the labor/birth.
