Do you think I could be pregnant still?

I have had a partial hysterectomy on my left side I had my left ovary and tube removed but have everything else still. I had a normal period after that for about 2 cycles and now I had this past cycle last month and it was very light and only lasted about 3 days and mine usually lasts about 5 to 7 days but heavy flow till the end of it. I am tired, don't feel like moving from being tired, I am hungry more days than others, back aches, hot flashes, get hot at night sleeping, bloated feeling to where I am uncomfortable sometimes, weird taste sometimes in my mouth, thristy more days than others, dizzy, can't think sometimes whenI am at work,. I took a home preg test and it came back neg but could I still be or what do you think? I know I have unprotected sex with my boyfriend that I live with too. So is it possible that i could still be pregnant? Sister76 Thanks

You could definitely have a tubal pregnancy but I'm not sure about a uterine one.  To me, this sounds more like menopause.  It's possible that since you only have one ovary left, that you are starting menopause early.  Talk to your doctor about what you are going through.  S/he can do a blood test to check for pregnancy as well as check to see what your hormone levels are to know if you are starting menopause.
