Docters say im 10 weeks
The docter were asking when my last period which was October 13th so she calculated im 10 weeks but how is that possible ??? That means im more then 2 and a half months but it hasnt even been two months since my last period. And my last period was normal.
She made a mistake.
If your last period was Aug 13, you are now 6 weeks pregnant.
If she was going off other measurements, like a sonogram, you may be further along than you think and just had random bleeding in August.
But if she's calculating from your period in August, she has calculated one more month.

You have to calculate the two weeks after your period. You usually ovulate between 10-14 days after the first day of your last period.
So what your doctor is calculating sounds correct.
They count your weeks as the first day of your last menstrual period.
If that makes sense.
