Doctor appointment tomorrow

So I've got a doctors appointment tomorrow and I'm really hoping she will check me again (I got checked last week and no change). I know some doctors don't do it every appointment but I really hope she does!! Because if she doesn't I will be left wondering if I've dilated, effaced, or softened anymore since last appointment. I've been at 3 to 4cm for weeks now and I am going crazy...I really feel like I should have progressed some by now, especially with all of that PRESSURE I've been having down there, lol.

Sorry, just needed to vent about my impatience, lol.

Well, still 3 1/2 cm and baby is head down so no progress. Doc said it could be any day now or weeks....so that's no help :-(
