Does United Healthcare cover breast pumps?

Can I order a breast pump through United Healthcare? If so, does anyone know what brands/types they have? Will I pay anything out of pocket? Thanks ladies!

Yes, i have united healthcare and they sent me a madela double breast pump. They will not send it till you reach 36 weeks though.You will still need to buy extra storage bottles but hey the pump is free and you save a lot of money.

& you will not pay anything out of pocket, just make sure you call them & get things sorted out . Also, you will not get the breast pump until after birth .

United HealthCare does cover a few breast pumps. The Medela is one , & there's like 2 or 3 more . Just call . . .

Call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask. Every plan is different so they are the only ones who can give you specifics for your personal plan.
