Dog jumped on my stomach

My dog got scared earlier for some reason and he jumped on me accidentally on my stomach. Now that area hurts should I go see the doctor tomorrow just to be safe? I'm nervous and I really hope he didn't hurt the baby. Any ideas if I should or not? I'm not having any bleeding or cramping but pain in that area.

I coach pre-k gymnastics and I got kicked in the uterus twice in one week (by 3 yr olds). My midwife said the same thing, the baby is well protected.  She did say something along the lines of if the baby is situated at the front of the uterus you have to be a bit more careful than if he is attached further back? I didn't quite understand.

My dog (a 60 pound pitbull) has done this to me accidently  a few times. Trust me your fine as long as you are not having any cramping or bleeding. The doctor told me the baby is so protected in there that hes fine. I no its scary u was worried to but the doctor didn't even seem concerned at all when I told him
