Don't feel pregnant anymore

Hi ladies

i'm going crazy here due to a miscarriage I had last year July. I'm 5 weeks 2days preg and during this week I had sore nipples and just feeling tired, I've also had a cold the past days, sore throat, blocked nose and now nose bleeding, I get period pain like cramps every now and then but don't have any bleeding or spotting. I'm very scared right now I don't feel preg my boobs feel less painful I don't have any other symptoms just a runny nose and cramps my boobs have gone to their normal size (I think) plus they are less painful.  Help anyone??? I'm going crazy here, don't want another miscarriage

Thats what it feels like when u first get pregnant painful pains from your stomach getting your womb ready for your baby it sound like your just sick from a cold go the hospital if you feel as something isnt right I had to go on the 22nd iam 5 months they wi tell u run test and everything

Same here i have an appt today i just want to hear my little bean is okay..:/ scared tho
