You're safe to drink things like 100% juice, water, milk, things with nutritional value try to avoid things like soda, fruit drinks things that are mostly sugar because they are just empty calories, they are ok to have in moderation but limit caffeine intake to 300mg or less and avoid drinks loaded with sugar, juice and water are a healthy safe bet and milk if you like it
I also love fruit smoothies made with fruit yoghurt and milk.. yum
Lots of water. Keep hydrated :) makes you feel great too.. cut out caffeine and fizzy drinks etc and you'll feel so Much better for it too.
Water, juice, milk, etc. I like making smoothies with fresh or frozen fruit & yogurt.
water. Most other drinks have colourings or sugars or caffeine which you aren't meant to have much of when pregnant so water is your best option, and plenty of it.
