Dull pain

Has anyone experienced like a dull pain on left or right side of lower abdominal pain like ovary area ? I get sharp pains then just a dull feeling all day ... Is it because baby is growing ? I'm 13 weeks

Thanks ladies ..., I hope so too but thank goodness I have an appt this week and its been about the same but cramping start kicking in :/

Yes. I'm 36 weeks & have had it bad on my left side since 18 weeks, now it goes from that area all the way down to my leg, I hope yours gets better & not worse! I can barely get up or sit down without it feeling like someone is punching my pelvis!
