Dying of sore throat! Any suggestions??

I am 18 weeks pregnant and woke up this morning feeling so sick! My fever finally broke (with the one Tylenol we can take :/) but now I have a horrible sore throat and a ton of congestion with of course the nagging headache! Any home remedies you ladies can share would be awesome!

If it's still bothering you, tea with honey always works for me. Not all tea is okay so I stick to peppermint tea. When it's really bad, I just take a spoonful of honey, it works like a natural cough syrup. And I've been using cough drops my entire pregnancy which my doc says is fine; I have allergies and asthma which the pregnancy makes worse so have had a sore throat for most of the past 8 months.

I was told I can take Tylenol Head Cold. When I was very very sick my last pregnancy she let me take Mucinex but not Mucinex DM.  Nothing with the "DM" is ok.

I am a little apprehensive about gargling with warm salt water since I still have horrible nausea but right now I am willing to try anything, thank you!
