Early Pregnancy- 2nd Opinion

Hi,

I'm 34 years old and I have PSOS, trying to conceive about 6 months and 1st cycle with clomid. I'm pregnant !
I had a m/c 2 years ago and I' m little scared.

My last period was 21st of July. Around 4 weeks and 5 days, I had a strong colic and  I had my first ultrasound that showed 1 gestational sac with 4,3 mm and my progesterone level was 44,2. The Dr said was fine for the time of 4 weeks ask me to repeat it 10 days after. They didn't take my blood for the hcg. I'm scheduled for nest Tuesday for the ultrasound.

Five days later, 5 weeks and 3 days. I did the hcg  and it was 8,875.

I'm worried about the first ultrasound didn't show the yolk sac. I think it was too early for that.
I'm having a little nauseous in the morning and the end of the day and my breasts are sore specially during the night.

Do you think this pregnancy is going fine? or I really need to worry.

Many Thanks.

HI!
Congratulations!  It sounds perfect so far.  At 4 weeks, you wouldn't expect to see a yolk sac.  But on the next scan you should!  Your values are all excellent (HCG, progesterone). I wish you all the best--I think this one is a keeper!

Hi. Yes, I think ur pregnancy is going fine. I would not worry if I where you. I know that is a little easier said than done. I am in the exact same position as you are right now. I to was on clomid for 2 months after trying to conceive for a couple of months. I just found out I am pregnant also. I has a miscarriage 2 years ago also due to low progesterone. I think at 4 weeks it is really early to see anything. I am 4 weeks 2 days right now. My dr checked my progesterone and said it was fine. I saw somewhere online ur progesterone is suppose to be anywhere from 9-17 in ur first trimester and inbetween 17 -147 for 2nd trimester. So I think u are fine. I do not go back to the dr till September 22nd. At that point i will be almost 7 weeks. So i am praying to see that heartbeat. I can only speak for myself, but I have stopped reading all kind of post on here because I have found it only makes me worry more. I will keep u in my prayers and please to the same for me. Please keep me posted
