Early Pregnancy Signs?

OK so this is my first month taking Clomid 50 mg with Metformin 1000 mg ER. I started taking it on 11/24 and I am not sure when I ovulated. We BD almost ever other night from 12/1-12/9 two days we BD in a row. I am on CD 19 and have been having feelings that are not normal for me. About mid way through my ovulation week I started getting AF like cramps on right and left side. Yesterday I was a little nauseous in the afternoon and I had a pinching feeling (TMI) in my cervix. I also feel "full" like in my pelvis area. Today I have been nauseous since breakfast, had cramps, a little bit of back pain and my left bb is really sore on the side. I don't really count the bb being sore because I always have sore bbs before AF. Oh I forgot I have also been having really bad pain in my hip joint at night. I usually only have this if I wear my heels for too long that day but I have not wore heels in two weeks. My temp is also up. I did not chart my temps because I had a cold at the beginning of my cycle which threw my temps from 95.4- 98.9 so they were way off. I am usually 96.7 or so. Today my temp is 98.2. Is this just a side effect of Clomid or possible an early pregnancy sign?

they all could be possible pregnancy signs, but they could also be signs of an impending period, but I can really relate to the "full"feeling, I alsways get this feeling when I'm pregnant, usually I wouldnt have a clue that my uterus is there, but when early pregnant it feels full :) also the cramping you had both sides sounds to me like ovulation cramps...both sides.... maybe both overies produced an egg, so yes you may very well be feeling signs of pregnancy, I would wait another week if you can and then test making sure you use first morning wee, good luck

I am also on cd 19 and having similar symptoms I have not taken clomid though.

I have a headache and I feel like I need a nap but every time I lay down I feel sick. i am not sure what any of this means but I am a POAS addict and I am trying so hard to wait!

I have had mild cramping for a week now, head aches, very tired, frequent urination, and today started getting hear burn ( I never get it) so hopefully in a week I'll get my BFP and thread symptoms are not in my head
