Eating Healthy!

Sooo, I am a VERY picky eater! I don't know why, I just am,
I will try about anything but alot of heatly foods I've tried i don't like.
I don't like Mexican Food, Chiense food, Sea-Food, or any veggies really.
Besides, Raw Carrots, Celery, Salad, Green Beans, Corn.. I Think thats about it.
I LOVE my fruits.
So I was just curious if anyone knew anything that taste good & is healthy without veggies in it? & Without it being Mexican, Chienese, Or See Food.

It may be worth talking to your doctor or a nutritionist. There are valuable vitamins, minerals and nutrients found in each of the food catergories that are important for a growing baby. They can help you substitute nutritious foods in place of the ones you don't want to eat for you to get enough nutrition.

You can make a sandwich with whole wheat bread, that would make it healthier.  If you like pasta, try using whole wheat pasta, it isn't much more expensive than regular pasta
