Eatting Healthy

What are things that I can eat that are healthy but filling at the Same time ?

Watermelon, mango, grapes.  Helps so you don't snack on junk food instead.  Also white rice with chicken breast prepared the way you would like.  Oatmeal with low fat milk with bananas and granola I would put an organic granola that was chocolate flavored on the days I want chocolate.  Hope some of this helps.  God bless
