Ectopic pregnancy?

The last two days my left shoulder and the upper area of my back on my left side have been hurting. I've read that's a sign of an ectopic pregnancy. But I've had no bleeding or severe pain on my left side. Should I be concerned? Or could it just be from me starting to sleep on my left side. Since I've always slept on my right side.

If you think that there's something wrong especially as serious as an ectopic pregnancy call your doctor! My sister had one and she almost died because of it. The Dr. said if she wanted any longer her fallopian tube would of burst. My sister didn't even know she was pregnant. She ended up having to get emergency surgery and get her tube taken out. I'm not trying to scare you I just don't want to see anyone else go through what my sister did.

That's a relief. Haven't felt any of those. Right about Google though, so many negative answers!

Boobs being sore is a normal part of pregnancy (: you'd feel feverish and sharp pains in your stomach, also diarrhea is a common symptom. I know this because they had to fill me in a couple years ago on feelings to look out for if I ever got pregnant, as my tubes are slightly smaller than they should be and am thus a risk for ectopic pregnancy. If you feel any of those symptoms in a way that makes you feel with certainty something is wrong, you can go to the hospital and they'll have you drink 6 cups of water for a pelvic ultrasound. I have to do one on the 11th, because of being such a risk for ectopic pregnancy. Also NEVERRRR google! It'll scare you about things that are completely normal, because google only ever gives you worst-case scenarios.

Left back pain has gone. Now it's more of a chest pain. My boobs have also gotten extremely sore the last two days. Could that be a factor in it? Growing pains maybe?

Those don't sound like symptoms of an ectopic.  (And gallstones would have caused right upper quadrant pain, not left). But, as always,  if you are truly concerned, call your dr. Hopefully your pain is just muscular and you'll feel better soon.

I'm trying not to worry. I'm a FTM so every little thing worries me.

Could also be gall stones. I was in hospital for that 4 week's ago but they never found anything and everything is good with the baby. Try to stay calm. If the pain is really bad go to the ER

I'm 9weeks+4. I'm so worried. It's not really painful, more annoying than anything. But it's not accompanied by any other pain. Just my back really.
