Evening Primrose Oil
Is anyone considering using EPO during their third trimester? I'm 28 weeks as of today. & im starting today. I have an appointment Monday & my dr will be checking me. I just want an easy labor.

A friend told me she used it starting her 38 week and she said her labor went smooth that she didn't even get an epidural that she pushed for literally 5 minutes. But with me I didn't use anything with my son and was in labor for 16 hours which 3 of those were pushing and it got to the point that the doctor ended up cutting me bc I couldn't get my sons head out. But I'm currently 36 weeks today and will start using the oil pills next week. Hopefully it helps this time as I don't want to tear or get cut.
