Might be a dumb question but do you just sit on the ball? Lol I'm a ftm and plan on trying everything :)!
Yes!!! With my first starting at 30 wks I would sit and rock on my ball all the time. I was 2cm by 34 wks and 4 cm by 38 wks and went into labor at 39+5. I had such a great labor with my son :) I will do the same with this pregnancy...instead of sitting on the couch I will be planting my bum on the exercise ball!!

You can use it towards the end of your pregnancy. Once baby is head down it helps engage babies head and creates pressure which in turn helps you dilate. Walking has the same effect.
