I had a m/c in November....and at that time I was only walking around an inside track. I was concerned that that contributed to my m/c so I consulted my doctor. She said absolutely not....I had a blighted ovum which has nothing to do with your exercise routine. She said it's completely fine to walk a track or treadmill, even lift weights..as long as you're not straining your body. But always consult your doctor before doing so. My doctors daughter lifted weights through her entire pregnancy and had a beautiful healthy baby girl. It just really depends on your body...Good Luck and Congrats!
i miscarried 2 years ago and one of the things my doc scolded me about was my exersize routine. she told me that you should only do the amount of exersizing you were doing before you got pregnant. i didn't know this at the time as i am young and no one bothered to tell me. so use caution when trying to keep your body in shape.
