Pre-natal yoga, it's a lot of stretching, helps to relax your body and always makes me sleep well after. And then walking.

I do the cross trainer in the gym for 50 min, 4 times a week.
I also do a lot of (window) shopping, which makes walking more interesting :-)
Walking is a great thing to do while pregnant if you have flab on your arms I started lifting 5 pound weights and it works amazing!!
On the weekends i hikes litterally friday, saturday, Sunday with my son and husband. Other than that if i get a burst if energy I walk a mile, planks, standing crunches, leg raises, and do a few things I found online. I searched up safe exercises and safe ab excersis. Yoga and streching is also really good.
