Exercise

How long am I able to keep working out and what restrictions are their if any ?

You can work out up until labor unless told otherwise by your Dr. Restrictions are lifting heavy weights, and stuff like crunches and sit ups, also running. I heard all those thingscould wrap the cord around the babies neck,

Do you know about squats ? Or the machine that you like sit down and push the weight with your legs ?  And what about arm work out of any kind ? Sorry for all the questions
