Ido like 30-50pound weights for my legs in the machine and lift 10pound weights when doing my arns or 20 if its on a machine
Light weight with lots of reps. And drink lots of water. If you feel like you're pushing yourself too hard, try something a little lighter. Swimming is also am awesome option.
I want to do weights for my legs again and arms to keep tone but im afraid of how much is too much?
Before igot pregnant I lost 60pounds amd ive been going to the gym my whole pregnancy im 35weeks and I walk for 30mins at an incline and I lift weights just not as heavy as before
